Designed by Mirvac, with contractors Delta Group, Liv Albert Residences is a contemporary residential development that balances refined design with everyday functionality.
Mirvac engaged botton+gardiner to supply considered waste bin enclosures for the new Brunswick precinct, with bins required across communal outdoor areas including a shared BBQ and entertainment zone, as well as other public spaces throughout the large-scale residential complex. A key project requirement was the integration of a dog waste disposal solution, reflecting the needs of residents who regularly walk their dogs in the nearby parklands.
Following a site visit to view botton+gardiner’s Bondi Bins installed at the nearby Pentridge Piazza in Coburg, the Mirvac team selected the same proven solution for the Liv Albert project. The final specification included double 80L Bondi Bins with hoods, finished with durable Duraslat batten doors, along with a proprietary dog bag disposal holder seamlessly attached to the side of each unit.
The result is a waste solution that complements the development’s contemporary aesthetic while delivering long-term durability and low-maintenance performance.
