NINE by Mirvac is a boutique residential development in Sydney, designed to bring refined living, well-connected outdoor spaces and community-centered design together in one place. Guided by Mirvac’s vision for “Creating Communities” - places where people can live, relax, play and connect - the precinct blends architecture, landscape and amenity into a cohesive environment that enhances everyday life.
Working in collaboration with landscape architects McGregor Coxall and contractors Leathwood, botton+gardiner delivered a coordinated waste-management solution tailored for the precincts high-use outdoor spaces - including the on-site café, playground, and landscaped green spaces. The installation features multiple 240L Bondi Single Litter Bins, paired to form double units accommodating both General Waste and Recycling.
Each bin housing is finished with a durable powder-coated body and panels, paired with a Speckle perforated front panel. This combination delivers a low-maintenance, long-lasting solution that supports clean, welcoming communal spaces while seamlessly complementing the development’s contemporary design language.
