This Nexus corporate campus in Mulgrave, Victoria, spans 22,000 sqm and includes designated spaces for offices, retail tenancies, and importantly, expansive outdoor break-out areas. Designed in partnership with Hickory, the outdoor spaces feature custom Botton + Gardiner tables and seating, which create a space for collaboration, community, and relaxation.

Relaxation + contemplation
At this Nexus corporate project in Mulgrave by Hickory Group, this ethos was brought to life through extensive outdoor break-out areas for tenants, which offer space for collaboration, relaxation and contemplation. These outdoor spaces feature our flagship Urban collection, which was created on the notion of community, making it the perfect addition.
Custom design
Working closely with Hickory Group, our talented inhouse design team customized our Urban range to create specially designed sun beds as well as mounted backrests that fit seamlessly with the curvature of the garden beds. These seating arrangements were then paired with our classic Urban post table to provide a variety of options for spending time outdoors.
Eco credentials
The surrounding Gray Puksand-designed office buildings are accredited with 5-star Green Star and 5-star Nabers energy efficient ratings. We were proud to further add to the eco credentials by utilizing Duraslat™ as the material of choice throughout. Duraslat™ is not only low in maintenance but high in durability and recycled content.
The overall result is an inviting, healthy and resilient space for tenants that has proved to be extremely popular.
